Our team is constantly monitoring the situation related to corona virus (COVID-19) and implementing safety policies to keep our products sanitized and our team safe. As changes are made at the state and local levels we will ensure our policies comply with orders and ensure that our contribution to your event is as safe as possible.
Below we have outlined some of the major highlights of our CV-19 safety protocols to make sure your event can be planned and executed smoothly and safely. If you have any questions at all please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All of our furniture, décor, tools, vehicles, and containers will continually be sanitized with aerosol sprays and/or antibacterial wipes while be handled throughout day. While preparing and delivering product for an event, all employees will wash their hands and/or hand sanitize at least once per hour.
After our team has completed setup, our pieces will then be disinfected one last time to ensure clients have clean spaces to enjoy for the duration of their event. Hard surfaces will be sanitized with disinfectant wipes and soft surfaces will be sprayed with an aerosol disinfectant. Particular attention will be paid to high touch areas like cocktail tabletops, armrests, seat cushions, bar tops, etc. Upon our return to strike, we will again disinfect each piece before packing it up to bring back to our warehouse for the safety of our employees.
Our crew will be required to wear face masks and carry hand sanitizer at all times. We will work with our partners regarding setup and strike times to identify the time slots when the fewest people will be present so as to minimize contact with other staff, vendors, or clients.
We also will be requesting that the venue and/or planner of the event furnish our team with their unique safety requirements so that we can incorporate them into our production plan for that event.
Yes. If you feel comfortable coming into the warehouse we are happy to have you. We have sanitizer, gloves, and other safety precautions in place for your protection.
Of course, if you feel more comfortable at home (or just want to stay cozy) we are able to host virtual tours and show you everything we have to offer!
Absolutely! It is business as usual at Bear. We are still bringing to life the visions and vibes of our client’s events with design boards, consultations, and quotes.
We want to encourage our clients to dip their toes back into the event world with full confidence so we are offering increased flexibility in booking. For the rest of 2020, any event cancelled within 10 calendar days can be fully refunded or have the full deposit amount put towards a rescheduled event date at no additional cost (excluding any custom builds or purchases).
